Lynne Gale earned her Global Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) in 2003. A former President of MPI Toronto Chapter and MPI Canadian Council, Lynne was awarded MPI Recruiter of the year twice and Meeting Industry Partner of the Year in 1997.

Co-founder of Meeting Industry Day in 1996, Lynne is thrilled to see its growth across North America and Europe and it’s now called Global Meeting Industry Day.

Joining Tourism London, Lynne opened the 1^st Canadian Destination Marketing Organization – Satellite Sales Office. Now almost every DMO has one!

Marc has worked in the hospitality industry for about 10 years and has been with Tourism London for just over two years.  He fell in love with London after attending a CSAE Trillium Chapter event in 2014.

He is passionate about helping meeting planners and executives find solutions and achieve the very best experience for their convention while in London, whether that is an off-site or unique venue.

Sarah has been with Tourism London since 2009 and absolutely loves London and all it has to offer both visitors and residents. Sarah has worked and lived in the London area for the past 12 years since first coming to the city to attend school at Western University and later Fanshawe College.

Meeting planners can count on Sarah to provide excellent customer service and a wealth of knowledge on local attractions, events and restaurants.
