Joe Rees is our Economic Development Officer for the Tourism Sector, and will be your main point of contact for your next meeting or event in Peterborough & the Kawarthas.

Joe is an alumni of Trent University in Business Administration and Environmental Studies. He has spent most of his career working in business and product development, primarily in the technology sector. After spending 10 years in BC, he and his family moved back to Peterborough to be closer to family. Joe joined our team a few years ago focusing on business expansion, retention and attraction and is now our lead for Meetings, Conferences, Groups, Sport Tourism with a key focus on opportunities in the City of Peterborough.
