York University is located in the northern area of Toronto, 15 minutes to Pearson Airport, 10 minutes to Canada’s Wonderland, bordered by three major highways, lots of on campus parking and connected to downtown Toronto with two subway stations on campus (Dec. 2017). At York University we have everything you need to have an excellent event, meeting, stay or sporting event. Accommodation and Conference Services is a one stop shop with one contact, one contract and one invoice. We have various sizes and styles of meeting space to offer, contracted caterers to meet your needs and several different accommodation options to satisfy your guests. Our meeting space ranges from 500 person lecture halls to 20 person seminar rooms and everything in-between. If your group requires sports facilities we have world class space: multiple grass or turf playing fields, different sizes of gyms and studios, swimming pool and a world class track and field centre that hosted the Pan Am Games, North American Indigenous Games and the Invictus Games. At York University we can work with your budget and needs to make your event a success.
