Where’s Whistler

As the crow flies, Whistler is located in British Columbia, Canada approximately 115 kilometers, 70 miles and 1.5 hours north of Downtown Vancouver and 2 hours from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). The time taken to travel to Whistler from an International Airport is minimized by the fact that your group will require little to no transfers while in the resort. Everything they need is a short walk on our pedestrian Village Stroll or scenic trails close by.

Transportation
The journey to Whistler is just the start of an unforgettable meeting experience. Most attendees begin their Whistler experience with a touchdown into Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and in 2017, YVR was voted the top airport in North America for the eight consecutive year in the Skytrax Awards.

After touching down into Vancouver, your group is typically met by meet and greet staff who escort them to chartered ground – motorcoach, sedan and limousine or air – floatplane, helicopter. Our transportation and hospitality partners are pros at delivering logistics and moving your people safely, efficiently and reliably in most languages. The drive to Whistler from the airport is about 2 hours along the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway. National Geographic voted this drive one of the top ten most scenic in the world.
