The Westin Harbour Castle welcomed a new kind of loyal guest this past summer – they said hello to over 20,000 European Honey Bees! Within just a couple of months, they were able to extract over 20kg of honey from their very own bee hives. With this local, unpasteurized, pure honey pulled from the nectar and pollen within flowers on the Toronto Islands, their crafty culinary team developed some sweet new recipes.
