Off the Vine—Niagara’s Famous Wine Country
Niagara is the birthplace of Ontario’s rapidly growing wine industry, making the heart and soul of the region our ever growing, always innovative wine country. With over 120 wineries, Niagara’s unique microclimate provides us with bountiful harvests of world-class wines. Feasting amongst the vines is an unforgettable experience. Delegates will feel more connected to their surroundings and each other when dining farm to fork and drinking vine to glass. With the Niagara Escarpment and picturesque rolling landscape backdrop, this is a one-of-kind experience that can’t be had indoors. From boutique winery estates to large production operations, Niagara’s wineries are perfect conference and event offsite options for delegates numbering up to 650 guests. Better yet, a progressive winery dinner can use multiple wineries, providing a unique experience for each course. An authentic Niagara experience is guaranteed!
ON A CELLAR LEVEL
Host a dinner in the barrel cellar of one of Niagara’s wineries, enjoying both local food and wine. QUITE A PAIRING Have a sommelier and a chef prepare a specially paired food and wine menu for attendees.
Organize a travelling “dine around” event, going from winery to winery with each course.
Organize a blind wine tasting event as a team building experience.
WHERE THERE’S FIRE
Have a bonfire, wine and smores’ event or even better—homemade ice-wine marshmallows over the fire!
EN PLEIN AIR
Dine outside in the vineyard, it’s a setting that can’t be duplicated.
GOING FOR GOLD
Get a group to participate in the winery olympics. Is your group oversized? Not too worry—we’ll divide your group over several wineries but still deliver a unified experience. With the Rendezvous Canada Event a mass movement of 1500 persons was executed from Niagara Falls to wine country over five wineries for a unique wine pairing culinary experience. Afterwards, the entire group was transported back into Niagara Falls for an after-party at DragonFly NightClub | Fallsview Casino Resort.
